Our Mission: To make a joyful noise in praising our Lord, Jesus Christ!
We love to sing praises to our King! Choir meets on Sundays after the evening service for practice and hold cantatas every Easter, Independence Day, and Christmas. The group also leads in worship every Sunday morning.
Our Mission: To promote a deeper understanding of faith and a growth in that faith for the young people of our community
We recognize that we can do nothing apart from our Lord, Jesus. We strive to understand that our relationship with Jesus is a real one, not just something that we visit on Sundays and Wednesdays. We study the Bible together, go on trips together, serve where we are needed, and desire to represent the Gospel wherever we are. We have great teachers of the Word who serve in our youth department. If you are looking for a place to plug in or a small group to join, we would love to share our Savior and our lives with you.God is leading us to a deeper relationship with Him and only He knows where that will lead us.
Our Mission: To minister to the total man by nurturing him intellectually, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. To become men with a Christ-centered purpose and be disciples for Christ.
We prepare the meal for Senior citizens and home bound in our local community. This takes place the first Saturday of each month beginning at 9:00 a.m. The Lord has blessed us as we continue this ministry. We also help individuals such as home bound and senior citizens that are in need of minor house repairs, yard cleaning, etc. We also prepare a meal a couple times a year for different groups in the community.
The Brotherhood meets the first Wednesday night of each month at 7:00 pm to study God's word. We would like to invite you to come join us and be part of the God's ministry
Our Mission: To provide biblical teachings and instructions in a loving and caring environment where children can be drawn to Jesus Christ and learn to seek Him earnestly, serve Him faithfully, and share Him boldly with others.
Understanding that parents have the responsibility to teach their children God’s word, we seek to partner with parents on this journey. Deuteronomy 6:4-9 explains the command that God gave to parents. Our ministry strives to support the parents as each child’s primary spiritual leader. We want to challenge parents to be their children’s primary teachers and offer training, mentoring, and tools needed to fulfill this role.
Our Mission: To worship and fellowship as God’s people. To grow in faith and love. To experience joy and laughter through Jesus Christ.
The Triple L is a vibrant, Christian group of Senior Citizens which exist to give glory to God in Jesus Christ. This group exists so that we all may know the love of God in Jesus Christ and grow as disciples through LOVE, LIFE, & LAUGHTER.
Women's Missionary Union
Our Mission: To inform and inspire the Christian women to influence her world for Christ.
The WMU at Hopewell wants the things we do as a group to make
John 20:21 and the song "So Send I You" to be at the heart of it.
John 20:21 says "As the Father hath sent me, even so send I you."
The song says "So send I you to take to souls in bondage the word of truth that sets the captive free, to break the bonds of sin, to loose death's fetters- so send I you, to bring the lost to Me."
